Sylvia Stokes is a seasoned Human Resource Professional with over 17 years of state service as an HR Director, EEO and Civil Rights Officer. She has a Masters in Management with a concentration in Organizational Development. Sylvia has worked for a variety of clients helping them to achieve their maximum leadership potential. Sylvia has helped organizations  develop and enhance their HR function,providing leadership on the "must haves" of HR laws and  policies and the "should haves" of best practices. Sylvia has experience in constructing salary structures for churches, and developing job descriptions. She has created employee handbooks and personnel policies, developed background check procedures and policies and assisted in organizing units and divisions for optimum performance..

Sylvia has a passion for helping agencies and churches become stronger in the management of staff, finances and programs.
